Dawn Apple, CF, APMP, is the Senior Manager for the North America Proposal Center for Motorola Solutions, Inc. She leads a team of 40 proposal professionals who are re-engineering the support models for the nearly 3,000 proposals the team produces each year. She resides in Illinois.
Joe Villa, Senior Manager for the Strategic Proposal Team and Training for Motorola, has over 30 years experience in strategic proposal development and Proposal Center management. His knowledge and expertise includes a wide variety of federal, state and local, and commercial clients including Public Safety, Biometrics, Services, and Tactical Weapon Systems. Joe has a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Science and holds numerous professional proposal and process certificates including a Motorola Six Sigma Green Belt, Shipley Associates Proposal Writing, Technical Reporting & Proposal Writing, and the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) Business Development Capability Maturity Model (BDCMM). He is a Foundation Level certified member of APMP and a past facilitator for the Motorola Proposal Council.
Kristen Sweder, CF, APMP, is a strategic proposal manager at Motorola Solutions, Inc. who specializes in managing large, complex bids. These days, her professional interests are focused around re-imagining the way we propose in order to make our proposals more engaging, informative, and interactive for the end-user. She resides in Maryland.
