*This Webinar has occurred in the past, and is now available as a recording*
Proposal Manager, SciMetrika
This webinar addresses the implications of common generational stereotypes.
These days, most of us work in teams that span several generations. We hear a lot about the differences between Traditionalists, Baby Boomers, Generation X, and Millennials. We’re warned about the challenges of working in multi-generational teams.
Is there really a "generation gap” in the workplace?
Recent research shows that we aren’t really as different as we might seem.
- See how to shift focus from the differences between the generations to similarities.
- Learn how to emphasize values, needs, and motivations in the workplace.
- Develop strategies and best practices for working on proposals with talent from other generations, to capitalize on success.
- Understand the value of including members of various generations in proposal teams.
This session is designed for professionals working with others who have a range of industry experience, with the goals of building talent and learning from others’ experience.
