Chris Shiplett is the founder of Randolph Law, a government contract and intellectual property law firm based out of Northern Virginia. Chris has experience prosecuting trademark applications and performing general business and IP transactional work for small government and technology companies, including licensing agreements, teaming agreements, subcontracts for government prime contracts, corporate and limited liability company formation and capital raising documents.
Prior to founding Randolph Law, he was an attorney for Erik M. Pelton & Associates where he practiced trademark and copyright law. Chris received his J.D. from George Mason University School of Law and holds a Bachelor’s of Arts in English from Mary Washington College.
David Sotolongo, CPP APMP Fellow, is vice president of Development at RTI International. He also manages RTI’s multi-media communications group. David has presented at various APMP conferences, including the Generation Gap at Work, Science of Happiness, 10 Rules for Dating My Proposal Manager, the Walking Capture, and many other topics related to capture and proposal management. He currently serves as the chair of APMP’s Procurement Improvement Committee. He is actively involved in protecting RTI’s strategic incumbencies and positioning for incumbency thefts.
