Melisa Paye-Mose, CF APMP

Melisa Paye-Mose is a professional writer and editor with more than 20 years' experience developing persuasive, reader-friendly written content for a variety of audiences in a broad array of sectors, including federal contracting, public relations, fundraising, higher education, and corporate communications. She is currently a consultant providing proposal management services and proposal writing as well as technical and marketing writing.She holds Master's degrees in Literature and Liberal & Professional Studies (Psychology), and a Bachelor's in English. Melisa also is the owner of Gifts In Writing, which offers personalized written expressions including obituaries, family histories, and event-based journaling services. For fun, Melisa authors the GrogDogBlog, a cocktail-themed blog that promotes Happy Hour, Simplified.

Past Chapter Chair
Ali Paskun, CF APMP Fellow
Ali Paskun has served with distinction as Chair for the APMP Chesapeake Chapter, and now serves as Past Chair. Ali has been a member of APMP for 11 years and has extensive proposal experience working as a coordinator, writer, editor, and manager. She currently is employed by CSC as a Director in the Defense Group Capture organization where she manages a team of proposal professionals. Ali held several positions on the staff of the Journal of the Association of Proposal Management Professionals before becoming the Managing Editor of both APMP publications: the Journal of the Association of Proposal Management Professionals and the Perspective. She has served on the APMP Board of Directors as a Government Liaison, was elected an APMP Fellow, and has achieved accreditation at the Foundation level. She holds a BS in Communications from the University of Maryland, University College.
