APMP Finishes Review of Bid & Proposal Con 2012 Session Evaluations
Attendee feedback on annual international conference provides valuable metrics
for future events
Washington, DC, August 6, 2012
– Responses on evaluations
from the 23rd
Association
of Proposal Management Professionals'®
(APMPs'®)
international conference,
Bid & Proposal Con, May 22 – 25, Dallas, TX
indicate that attendees were extremely satisfied with their conference
experience.
Attendees ranked Quality of the Conference Organization the highest and Overall Evaluation of the Conference and
Experience among the top five features of the event.
Attendees were asked to provide feedback and comments on the general attendee
experience and also each conference session they attended. The conference
sessions and speakers received high ratings from evaluation respondents. More than
70 percent of the responses rated each presenter between Good and Excellent. Of the
top sessions, fifteen percent were scored Very
Good or higher.
"This is incredibly valuable attendee
feedback. We want to thank everyone who participated in the evaluations. This
gives us important metrics in evaluating this year's success and for
evaluating speakers and presentations, in preparation for future programs,”
said Rick Harris, Executive Director, APMP.
An executive summary of the evaluation feedback
will be shared with the APMP Board of Directors and Bid & Proposal Con 2012
presenters.
