The nominating period is currently: CLOSED
The next nominating period will open late winter, 2018.
APMP awards recognize outstanding achievements from the previous calendar year.
Chapters nominated must be current on Quarterly Chapter Rebate Form Submissions and follow APMP policies and procedures.
Individual nominees must be members in good standing.
Nominees are encouraged to follow these tips when submitting a nomination form:
- Detail why you or your chapter should be considered for the award (in 500 words or less).
- Make your nomination stronger by citing quantifiable examples to illustrate accomplishments. The more examples you can use, the better.
- All nominations must be unique. Duplicate entries will be eliminated.
Evaluation and Judging
The awards are judged by a diverse committee of APMP leaders and staff. Anyone with a conflict of interest simply does not participate with discussion regarding that particular award.
The awards are assessed based upon the strength of the nominations, cited examples of measured accomplishments, and the success in delivering programs that surpass other chapters'/organizations' efforts.
Each nomination is ranked using specific criteria, and the award is granted to the highest-ranking nominee for each category.
Winners are announced just before the annual APMP conference, Bid & Proposal Con, and celebrated throughout the event, culminating with recognition at the Celebration of the Industry.
Throughout the year, winners will be featured on the APMP website, as well as in email and social media.
